Cut-off time
Orders must be placed by 1:30pm ET, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, go out the next business day.
Ineligible products
A few items aren’t stocked in our NY warehouse and can’t ship same-day. If your cart contains Candle Care Set, Counter Culture Kitchen Set, Kiso Forest Body Soap, Mandarin Crush All Purpose Cleaner Concentrate, Mandarin Crush Hand & Body Cream, or Reading Room Candle Refill, the same-day option won’t appear at checkout.
Ships for free on its own
Order the Discovery Set by itself and it ships free, with no order minimum. It's sent as a letter via US Mail, so there's no tracking number.
Add other items and the whole order ships together, so our standard free-shipping minimums apply — free on orders $50+.
