Our Brooklyn HQ is now open to the public every Friday. You can try out our fragrances in person, see how our products are made, and bring your own candle vessel for refilling!

You'll be able to ask questions of our team and get a peek at how our products are made.
Please note that this is a working warehouse, not a showroom! Expect an authentic, hands-on experience rather than a polished retail space.
Bring-your-own-vessel candle pouring
Got a favorite empty ceramic gathering dust? Bring it to Warehouse Fridays and we'll make a premium, hand-poured scented candle for you.
Candle pours start at $25 and must be booked and paid for in advance.
Making purchases
You'll also be able to buy any in-stock items. We accept credit card and Apple Pay.
Where we’re located
Our warehouse is located in Bushwick at 75 Stewart Avenue, Brooklyn. It’s a short walk from the L train at Jefferson Street.
Appointments required
Visits are by appointment only, with availability every Friday except holidays. Timeslots are generally between 11am and 5pm, but on some evenings we stay open until later. Access details will be included in your confirmation email.
FAQ
- Can I collect my online order in person?Warehouse visits are intended more for customers who are looking to try out different products. If you already know what you want, we encourage you to use our same-day delivery service.
- What if I can’t make my appointment?Please reschedule or cancel on Square. It’s not a problem if you’re running a little late.
- Can I bring a friend?Yes! You're welcome to bring someone else with you. For safety reasons, however, we're unable to accommodate children or pets.

Same-day delivery in NYC
In partnership with Flot, we offer same day delivery Monday-Friday to our customers in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. If your address is eligible, you’ll see this option at checkout.
- Free for orders $80 or more
- $7.90 for orders under $80 (plus a $1.70 congestion charge surcharge on deliveries to Manhattan below 60th Street)
Cut-off time
Orders must be placed by 1.30 p.m. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered next business day.
Receiving your package
You’ll receive a text or email with a 30-minute delivery window. If you aren’t present for delivery, the driver will try to leave the package somewhere safe.
Ineligible products
The following products currently cannot be delivered same-day as we do not have inventory of them in our NY warehouse. If your cart contains any of these products, same-day delivery will not be listed as an option at checkout:
