Please note that this is a working warehouse, not a showroom! Expect an authentic, hands-on experience rather than a polished retail space.
Bring-your-own-vessel candle pouring
Got a favorite empty ceramic gathering dust? When Warehouse Fridays reopens, bring it along and we'll make a premium, hand-poured scented candle for you.
Candle pouring is paused along with Warehouse Fridays.
Making purchases
You'll also be able to buy any in-stock items. We accept credit card and Apple Pay.
Where we’re located
Our warehouse is located in Bushwick at 75 Stewart Avenue, Brooklyn. It’s a short walk from the L train at Jefferson Street.
Appointments
Warehouse Fridays is paused, so we aren't taking appointments right now. When it reopens, visits will again be by appointment only, on Fridays except holidays, generally between 11am and 5pm.
FAQ
- Can I collect my online order in person?Warehouse visits are intended more for customers who are looking to try out different products. If you already know what you want, we encourage you to use our same-day delivery service.
- What if I can’t make my appointment?Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel, or to change your time. It’s not a problem if you’re running a little late.
- Can I bring a friend?Yes! You're welcome to bring someone else with you. For safety reasons, however, we're unable to accommodate children or pets.
- What if I have other questions?You can contact our warehouse visits team at [email protected].
Same-day delivery in NYC
In partnership with Flot, we deliver same-day Monday-Friday to Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. If your address is eligible, you’ll see this option at checkout.
Free on orders $80+.
$7.90 on orders under $80.
An additional $1.70 applies to Manhattan deliveries below 60th Street.
Cut-off time
Orders must be placed by 1:30pm ET, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, go out the next business day.
Ineligible products
A few items aren’t stocked in our NY warehouse and can’t ship same-day. If your cart contains Candle Care Set, Counter Culture Kitchen Set, Kiso Forest Body Soap, Mandarin Crush All Purpose Cleaner Concentrate, Mandarin Crush Hand & Body Cream, or Reading Room Candle Refill, the same-day option won’t appear at checkout.
