Shipping policy
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. You'll see every option and its exact cost at checkout before you pay. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
United States
- Standard: free on orders of $50 or more, $5.90 on orders under $50. Dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery in 2–8 business days.
- Priority: $9.90 on all orders. Dispatched the same business day if ordered by 1:30pm ET; delivery in 1–2 business days.
- Same-day delivery in NYC (Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan; eligible addresses see the option at checkout): Monday to Friday for orders placed by 1:30pm ET. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, go out the next business day. Free on orders of $80 or more, $7.90 on orders under $80, plus $1.70 for Manhattan deliveries below 60th Street.
- These rates don't apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers there will see the options available to them at checkout.
United Kingdom
- Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in Northamptonshire.
- Standard: free on orders of £50 or more, £4.90 on orders under £50. Dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery in 3–4 business days.
- Priority: £9.90 on all orders. Dispatched the same business day if ordered by 2pm UK time; delivery in 1–2 business days.
Australia
- Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in New South Wales.
- Standard: free on orders of A$50 or more, A$7.90 on orders under A$50. Dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery in 3–6 business days.
- Priority: A$12.90 on all orders. Dispatched the same business day if ordered by 1:30pm Sydney time; delivery in 1–2 business days.
