Cut-off time
Orders must be placed by 1:30pm ET, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, go out the next business day.

A few items aren’t stocked in our NY warehouse and can’t ship same-day. If your cart contains Candle Care Set, Kiso Forest Body Soap, Mandarin Crush Hand & Body Cream, or Reading Room Candle Refill, the same-day option won’t appear at checkout.
