Refill instructions

When your existing candle has finished burning, either put it in the freezer for a couple hours or pour in boiling water. Either way, the bulk of the wax will be easily removed. Wipe out any remaining wax with a paper towel and insert the refill. We have a guide with detailed step by step instructions.

    Overall I thought this candle was good, but I did notice that the rim becomes a little discolored (not something that I noticed before with Jo Malone, although I have only used their candles once or twice)

    The first thing I ordered from Element that I didn’t love. The smell does hit the spot when you open the candle but once you light it up it just doesn’t linger.

    I honestly couldn’t smell anything from this candle. I have a large living room, but still. Also the wick didn’t burn through and bent over and turned into a mess
