Impact Points reward refill purchases — the moments where you save packaging by topping up an existing dispenser instead of buying a new bottle. Initial container purchases, accessories, gift cards, and any product that doesn't use our refill system don't accrue points. Only refill pouches and refill candles contribute to your Impact Points balance.

Member benefits pause when your earned membership lapses, but your points history doesn't disappear. The clock is a rolling 365 days, so any refill purchases inside that window keep counting — earn 500 points in any 12-month period and your membership reactivates automatically. Paid annual memberships are valid for a full year from purchase regardless of your earning activity.

Yes. Returning a refill reverses the Impact Points it earned, since the packaging was never actually avoided. If a refund drops your rolling balance below 500 points and your membership came from earning (not from paying), benefits pause until you climb back above the threshold. Paid memberships are unaffected by refunds.

Absolutely — and you should. A paid membership grants instant access for one year; the Impact Points you earn through refills during that year still count toward your rolling balance, so the moment your paid year ends, your earned balance picks up right where you left off and can carry your membership forward without a payment.

Each refill's points reflect the weight of plastic packaging it saves vs. its retail equivalent. Plastic refill pouches earn the most — roughly one point per gram of plastic avoided. Glass refills earn fewer points (glass is heavier but more recyclable, so the multiplier is lower). All values are rounded to the nearest 5 for legibility and shown on the product's PDP under the buy button.

Membership is tied to your customer account, so the easiest way to share it is to share an account (or use the same email for orders). If you're a household ordering for several people who each want their own account, the simplest path is for each member to earn their own — refills earn fast, and a household running through them together hits 500 points quickly.
